Why Volunteer?

According to "The Forever Young Diet and Lifestyle" book by James and Joan O'Keefe there are three things people can do to improve their health... eat right, exercise, and VOLUNTEER!  Not only does it change a child's life and improve our community... it's good for your health!!

Quotes from our volunteers:
Working with the kids is a lot of fun!
Good opportunity to do something valuable.
I've recommended the program to several of my friends.
I have told many people about it!
I would love to volunteer again next year.

You can make a difference!!!  Please consider volunteering.
